Scratches bigger than ½ inch are grounds for a replacement (visual proof required). For discs with scratches smaller than that, we will replace the disc only if the customer confirms playback has been affected. Cosmetic scuffs that do not affect playback do not qualify for a return or replacement.
Please contact us at info@shoutfactory.com with your order number within 30 days of receipt, and we will do our best to fix the problem with a replacement disc or other methods.
